Where are you based?

I live in Gloucester & I cover the Cotswolds, South West, Midlands, South Wales  London & South East.

Happy to conduct overseas ceremonies if required, I love to travel. Prices include travel within 40 miles of Gloucester. After that mileage is 50p per mile.

Are you insured?

Yes, no worries there! Full Public Liability Insurance & in the highly unlikely event of illness....... I returned to work 3 days after my 4th child... a fully briefed substitute will step in.

Do we have to write our own vows?

I do try to encourage you to write your own vows, they are so personalised when you create them yourselves.

I know you are probably thinking "Where do I start?" Do not fear Nicky is here! I will help you write them & trust me you will thank me afterwards. However, it is my mission to minimise the pressure on you  & if you would prefer me to create some personalised vows for you, consider it done.

What do you charge for your ceremonies?

All of my fees are listed.

Always best to get in touch as I frequently run promotions for Twilight & midweek ceremonies.

Do you allow religious content in your ceremonies?

Yes!

Another benefit of celebrant weddings is that we aren't limited to a script. If you or your guests want to include a reading, song or prayer, no problem.

How soon should I get in touch?

My 2026 calendar is open, and I have plenty of midweek and winter availability for 2024 and 2025.

How long are your ceremonies?

Weddings & Namings are usually between 30-45 minutes long. Like all my ceremonies I am flexible & will work with you  to create either a short & sweet ceremony or an expanded longer service.

Will a copy of the ceremony be available?

Yes of course!

You will receive a keepsake copy & a bespoke certificate

Is a celebrant wedding legally recognised?

Simple answer-No, not on its own.

A Supernova Celebrant wedding is beautiful, bespoke & fun but not legally binding. You still have to complete the legal formalities at a registry office. Often referred to as the "wedding admin" & "boring bit", it's short, inexpensive ( £57 currently) Just 2 witnesses needed & it can be done either a few days before your ACTUAL wedding or even after, don't worry I will guide you through this. The ceremony we create together is the REAL, PERSONALISED, FUN Celebration with all your loved ones.
